INGREDIENTS:

Water, soy and wheat protein, methylcellulose (emulsifier), vegetable oil (coconut oil and/or palm oil), flavoring, xanthan gum (binder), vitamin B12

Breading: Wheat flour,
bread crumbs, potato starch (thickener), spices (onion, garlic, white
pepper, and paprika), iodized salt, flavor enhancer

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

DEEP FRY
1. Thaw crab bites for at least 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature.
2. Fill the pan with oil about 1.5 inches and heat on medium fire.
3. Once oil is hot, add crab bites and fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
4. Remove from pan and drain excess oil.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dip and enjoy!

AIR FRY:
1. Transfer contents into the air fryer basket in a single non-overlapping layer.
2. Cook at 180℃ for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Flip the cook for another 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce and enjoy!
